Digital Image License

When you purchase a digital image or print from Girona Bike Pics, you are granted a license to use that image under the terms below. You do not own the copyright — copyright remains with the photographer at all times.

1. What you can do

With a purchased image, you may:

• Download and keep it for personal use
• Print it for yourself, friends, or family
• Share it on your personal social media accounts, ideally with credit to @itshelios.cc
• Use it as a personal profile picture, screensaver, or similar personal display

2. What you can't do

Without separate written permission, you may not:

• Use the image for any commercial purpose (advertising, promoting a business, selling products, sponsorship content)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the image, in original or edited form
• Submit the image to competitions, publications, or stock photo sites under your own name
• Claim authorship or remove any watermark, credit, or metadata
• Substantially edit or alter the image beyond basic cropping or color adjustment for personal use

3. Commercial use

If you'd like to use an image commercially — for a business, a sponsor, a publication, or advertising — get in touch at hola@gironabikepics.com. Commercial licenses are available separately.

4. Our own rights as photographer

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to use any image we take — including ones you purchase — for our own portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you'd prefer certain images not be used this way, email hola@gironabikepics.com and we'll respect that.

5. Other people in the photo

Group rides and events often include other riders. This license only covers your own use of the image — it doesn't give you rights over anyone else who appears in it, and it doesn't grant you any right to use the image in ways that would infringe their privacy.

6. Duration

This license applies for as long as you own a copy of the image, starting from the date of purchase. We may revoke it if these terms are breached.

7. Governing law

This license is governed by Spanish law.
